Navigation data and technical cookies Like all websites, this site automatically collects certain technical data necessary for its operation: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration. Data provided voluntarily through Calendly When you book a call using the Calendly button on this site, your data (name, email address, any notes you provide) is processed directly by Calendly Inc., a third-party platform based in the United States. Voices & Vision accesses this data solely to manage the appointment you have requested. Calendly operates under GDPR adequacy measures (Data Privacy Framework). Statistical analysis — Google Analytics This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse traffic in anonymous form and improve content. IP addresses are anonymised before any transmission. Data is not used for advertising or profiling purposes. Processing takes place only following explicit user consent via the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
How long we retain your data
Calendly appointment data is retained for the time necessary to manage the professional relationship and, thereafter, for no more than 24 months. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Technical navigation data is deleted automatically at the end of the session.
Who we share your data with
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is shared exclusively with the technical service providers listed above (Calendly, Google), strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, have it erased, object to its processing, request its portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
