About Roberta Sneider
I am a trilingual brand strategist working with senior professionals across Europe and the US—consultants, coaches, independent experts, and specialists who have spent years building their expertise and are ready for a presence that reflects it.
My background is in photography and agency work. When the pandemic ended the events business overnight, I rebuilt from scratch—and in doing so, I understood something that now sits at the core of everything I do: the professionals who struggle most with visibility are often the ones with the most to offer.
They are not short on substance. They are short on the right language, the right strategy, and the right partner. That is the gap I work in.
Strategy, editorial direction, and content — in English, German, and Italian — for people whose expertise deserves to be seen.
Strategy First. Humanity Always.
How I work — and why it produces a different result.
AI is part of how I work. It gives structure, sharpens direction, and accelerates research. I use it without apology. But the strategic judgment — what to say, how to say it, to whom, and in which language — that is not something a tool produces. It comes from listening carefully, thinking clearly, and understanding the specific professional world each client operates in. Your brand is the accumulation of your decisions, your relationships, and your expertise. My job is to make that visible — precisely, consistently, and in the language of the markets you want to reach.
Connection is what makes a brand unforgettable.
I work across three areas, depending on where a client needs the most support:
- Brand strategy and positioning — defining who you are, who you serve, and how to say it clearly across every platform and market.
- Editorial direction and content — building the architecture of topics, angles, and formats, then writing the content that makes your expertise legible. Posts, articles, newsletters, website copy.
- LinkedIn strategy and ghostwriting—from profile rewrite to a full editorial calendar and monthly content in your voice, consistent and purposeful.
All work is available in English, German, and Italian—with full cultural adaptation for each market, not translation.
The Clients I Work With Best
My clients are typically senior professionals at a turning point — moving into independent practice, expanding into a new market, or finally deciding that their digital presence should match the quality of their work.
They operate in professional services: consulting, coaching, executive search, education, healthcare, architecture, finance. They are based in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, or the US — often across more than one of these simultaneously.
They are not looking for someone to manage their social media. They are looking for a strategic partner who understands their world, speaks their language — sometimes literally — and can translate their expertise into a presence that earns trust before the first conversation.
If that sounds like you, my calendar is open.
